AMP is incorporated in Malaysia under Companies Act, 1965 on 1st April 2001. The head office and factory are located at No 39, Jalan Tabla 33/21, Section 33, Shah Alam Technology Park , 40400 Shah Alam.

Its branch office in Penang is located at 20, Lintang Beringin 3,Off Permatang Damar Laut, Diamond Valley Industries Park , 11960 Penang .
